I just had this surgery on March 1st and it was the best thing I've ever done. I felt better as soon as I woke up. I tried PT and chiropratics. Had the steroid shots and they didn't work for very long. I couldn't get comfortable in any position and had terrible pain in my lower back and down both legs. He removed disks L4, L5 and S1 and then caged them so I won't have the same problem again. I just have to be careful how I move and pick up things so I don't put more pressure on the disks above them. Same doctor is working with me on a shoulder issue I've had for 18 years. If he can fix this the I might just have a normal life and can get off all the medications I'm taking now. I would let this doctor operate again on me in a second.

Good luck!

Jackie
