Was hoping for Bull to be a success, but "the jury's still out." Tony is getting a little old to be thwacked on the back of the head by Gibbs.

I agree that Tony was getting too old to be the guy in NCIS without being his own team leader. Watched Bull again and still not sure--think part of it is it doesn't feel right that they are manipulating the jury process AND that it's not an ensemble cast--it's like he's having to be IT for the entire show--don't think it's going to be DVR'd at our house.

Reality or not, I just don't like the premise. Sorry.

this happens in real life. In the beginning of this thread someone referred it to another Dr Phil show. Actually they couldn't have been more true. Dr Phil said it is exactly what he used to do before Oprah made him famous. He said the searched really hard for someone to portray him. So this was Dr Phil's life. So far I think its pretty good. He was always humerous on TV so at least that part is still being portrayed. Its just different from his show that we all got to love him on so it'll take some getting used to having a different role

...so how did he become Dr. Phil? Seems like a far cry from jury analyst. Don't watch/ed his program....

My hubby and I like the show, but like many of you, I don't see too many different scenarios to play out. I know it really happens but it's kinda sad that only the very wealthy could afford this kind of help and not the poor guy who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time! Maybe if they throw in some pro bono work it would add to the plots!

Oparah, she made him what he is today. He's a therapist so he used his skills of judging people to help select jurys. Just like Dr Oz who isn't on TV at least here anyways. I didn't even know he was going off the air.
