It is so hot in Missouri..I sure would like to make a cake. Have any of you ever made a cake in the crock pot? Just wandering how they turned out.

I have not tried it...but somewhere I have a recipe for one.

I have tried that and in the electric skillet too... both turned out well. I found the recipes online :D:D:D

Nope, I just use crock pot for soups. Have you tried the microwave ones?

I made a chocolate pudding cake in the crock pot, it was good.

What a great idea! Thanks. I make rice pudding in the crock pot.Don't have to worry about burning the milk and it keeps the kitchen cool.

My mother made one a few months ago and it was really good. I love bread pudding. I might have to check out the links above to see if I can find one. And also use google if needed.
