Hi Guys,

Every year I make Christmas Cakes for other people, but I never make one for us.... Well this year I decided that I had to make us a cake.... One that DH can eat (he is allergic to wheat).... So here it is!

What flour did you use instead of the wheat?

Hi Gail,

over here in the UK a company called Doves Farm make a wheat free plain and self raising flour... that is the one I used.
