Thought I would turn to such a trusted group to get some advice. After five years of no animals at home (I couldn't bring myself to replace my precious dogs after they died), I have finally gotten the urge to adopt a pair of kittens or cats. I have researched breeds and have settled on the Tonkinese because of their social nature. I am hoping someone can recommed a friend, have conducted business with or has experience with this breed. Thank you for your help.

If you can't find any referrals here, use Google to find breeders then don't be afraid to contact others for referrals. If they have a Tonkingese breed club, start there. Get referrals from the breeders, but also ask other breeders about each other.

If their club is anything like most dog clubs, we can't say anything bad about a breeder who is also in the club. So sometimes the less said means a lot.
