Do radished freeze well? We have a garden and they are growing faster than we can eat them!

I don't know about freezing but we love them sliced and sauteed in a little butter with a sprinkle of sea salt.

LOL..I tried to freeze them one time...NOT. They were watery and bitter.

But they will keep in the frige for a while. I cut tops off so some green is still showing, do not cut the root off, wash and toss in a quart wide mouth jar, cover with lid, refrigerate and enjoy.--oh this is making me want to run out and see if mine are ready yet. No such luck.
