If you are in center city, I know there is an art store on Broad street around Locust (Lautrec) and there is another art store on South. I'm gapping out on that name at the moment. Both of those will at least have art rulers with some length to them. I don't know of any regular sewing/quilting store in CC area any longer only drapery, silks that sort of stuff. How long are you in Philly? I used to live there and now am in the 'burbs but if you are going to be here for a while, I can meet you and you can borrow some of mine. PM me if that will help.
