I don't do treadmills.....my excercise is cleaning house, laundry, gardening, shopping the huge store(walking) and for cool down I quilt!

And no, I have enough trouble just staying on the treadmill while I walk! (Have gone off the backend a couple of times.)

Edit: (I just cut and pasted the link.)

Underneath the video it says "treadmill insanity", and I definitely agree!

I wonder how long it took him to learn how to do this. :)

What a great workout! Wish I could do that ..... It would take a lot of balancing and I have no idea how he isn't getting dizzy! Hope he has insurance!

No. I can't do that and I am surprised that this work-out center or gym allows it. This is dangerous and could be an insurance liability for the site owners. The purpose of a treadmill workout is to run. Dancing is great fun and that I do but not on a treadmill. My office has a treadmill desk but even just a respond to e-mail it takes a lot of slowing down. Am I old and a fuss budget? Well may be, but I would rather this fellow be safe and dance his heart away on a dance floor.
