can you iron fleece?

Want to use pellon on fleece and want to know if you can iron fleece? Seems read some where you couldn't.

It's usually made of polyester; I doubt I could tolerate the heat. How about basting spray to hold parts together til sewn?

I've ironed fleece before, using very low heat. I'd try a bit of the pellon on a scrap of fleece, to see if the two are compatible.

I've used wonder under on it. you can iron it, just go lightly like you would on any polyester.
