Can you remove a snap put in by a snap setter???
Put it on the wrong side!!! So dumb!!! Looks like it is there to stay, gonna have to make a new bib!!!

Can you make the bib a double sided one by adding applique of something? That way it would look like it was supposed to be that way.
|
Could you just add another snap in another position and applique something over the bad one? Or cut it out and add some decorative applique to cover up the hole.
|
Yes it is double sided so maybe just add another top snap, correctly, to snap it as it is you have to twist it! thank you for the suggestions.

Flat screwdriver. Carefully wiggle the tip between snap sections, do your best to not ding the fabric. Once its in a bit, twist it. Work around the snap repeating til its loosened enough to grip with 2 pairs of pliers and pull while twisting gently back and forth. Ask me how I know this. heh.

It is possible--preferably without stabbing yourself or tearing the fabric. Just make sure you don't put it back on in the same position. Ask me how I know that. Just follow popover's directions.

I use the plastic snaps from Kamsnaps or the ones at JoAnn's. I've put a few in backwards and I just take a small hammer, give it a good whack or two and the snap breaks and I basically falls apart.
