My grandmother loves this site and is on it almost every day and ever since September 20th she hasnt been able to access the site from her computer. she has no firewalls and no restrictions set on any site, and it's not the regular browser internet disconnected page. i've heard that it's a regular problem and i'd like to know how to fix it. any insight will help.

Yep, I have that same problem from time to time. Sometimes it's an all day thing, other times I wait a few hours & it will let me back on it.
I don't know what to do about it. I TRY to have patience & keep checking to see if I can get here again.
