Cardboard art

Yesterday I saw the most intriguing art exhibition at our local museum. Sue Weber works in CARDBOARD & STAPLES. She uses varnish, polyurethane, shellac OR glue as a finish on most. Once in a while, she'll add steel or wood but only for the base to insure stability.

There's no way to tell you about her art pieces, except that they are truly art. Sounds dumb when the two main components are common items such as cardboard and staples, but her pieces are ART!

The display I saw yesterday is a traveling display-------may show up near you. If it does, be sure to see it.

My son's fiancee had an art exhibit made out of chewed up candy! Yes, it was pretty awesome.
