Thanks for all the nice comments and congrats from everyone. Don't know how much longer we'll be around since DH is soon to be 84 and me 77-(he robbed the cradle ha ha!!!). He always says he married me because my name is the same as his Mothers' and he liked my Mother's cooking so much he figured I would cook like she did. We both come from long-lived parents--88 and 86 for Dad's and 92 and 97 for Mom's so hopefully we will be around for a few more years to celebrate. And yes, I cook like my Mom did and he still likes it.
Congrats to all the other Nov. celebrators, too.

Congratulations. We recently celebrated 45 years. Hubby says "It's been a L-O-N-G time"...but with a smile on his face!!!

Congrats! 55 years WOW!... That's an accomplishment! We had our 5th last month, my parents had their 50th this year. I am so happy for the both of you, I hope you have many more. I bet you 2 love birds didn't care if it was -25 degrees and 5foot of snow, just happy to be together.

Congratulations on your 55th. That is quite an accomplishment. We are reaching toward our 35th in May. Even that seems unreal, especially since I was 43 and my husband was 51. He is now 86 and I will be 78 next year. I doubt that we will reach our 55th.
