Every time I try to play one of these audions, it pauses every few seconds. Can anyone tell me how to fix that?

let it play through with the pauses, then once it is downloaded, you should be able to play it again with no problems

It's the buffer causing the pauses. If you "pause" the video, it will continue downloading and you should see a progress bar. Simply wait till it's all downloaded and then hit play. :-)
