you are given $2000, you only get one of two places to spend it, would it be Houston Quilt Festival or Paducah? you haven't been to either place before so its going to be a hard choice and you can only pick one of the two. Which would you rather do?

I choose Houston only because I'd probably never go in that direction again. I travel east more regularly. i'm sure both venues are awesome!

I would choose Paducah. It would be cheaper and closer for me to travel there. And I have heard so much more about Paducah than I have Houston.

Houston! I've been several times and all I can say is AWESOME!!!

I would go for Houston!!! I have a cousin there so I would also have a place to stay, so therefore more of that $2000 to spend on toys!!! :)

I would also choose Paducah, because it is closer to me. When do we get the $$$$$???

Psychomomquilter 05-30-2011 05:22 AM

they both are so far away for me, if they have an online thing, I guess I would pick Houston.....

ginnie6 05-30-2011 05:22 AM

never been to either and both would probably be the same distance. Does taht have to pay for me getting there too? I'd have to say Paducah I think.

Paduka, as the AQS Museum is there too.
And Handcocks of Paduka in addition to all the extra quilt shows going on around the town.

Houston,, just go in the building and back out...

Paducah. Definately Paducah. (that is if I can spell it right! ;D
