Hi My work is having thier Chirstmas Pot luck lunch. So I have been up at quater 0f two Am EST. Cooking two kinds of Mac & Cheese. Yes there is alot of prep time involed. I used 4 kinds of cheese and I shereded by hand,and they were made home made. Now I wish the day was over.

My favorite way to fix mac & cheese. I just don't get it ~ my DH and kids would rather have the "stuff" from a box.

Oh stop it!! I love the homemade mac and cheese! Someone would be crazy not to. The original comfort food after mashed potatoes, yummm ... You go girl ... show them how it's done!
