My DH is crocheting a Christmas afghan. I know, he'd never make it as a quilter because he always finishes things. Wish I could be more like him. Anyway, we have been searching on line for a week and have not found the red/green/white variegated yarn he NEEDS!! to finish this project. Can anyone out there help me with this one?

I saw some @ Joanne's, like a cotton Caron pound or something. But it's been months, dunno if they still have it...

I'm always searching for good yarn deals for Project Linus afghans. If you could provide the brand name of the yarn (Red Heart, Bernat, etc), the weight (worsted, bulky), etc, and any other information from the label such as lot number, color number, etc., I will search for it. I do find lots of odd skeins on eBay...so I suggest you try that site too.

I will see if I can find it for you
1. Christmas yarns here: http://www.redheart.com/yarn/holiday 2. more Christmas yarns here http://store.knitting-warehouse.com/holiday.html |
Thanks! to each one of you. This would be an acrylic worsted weight type that would work along with the Pounders made by Caron. All the websites that we visited don't have any except the cotton type that Rebecca VLQ mentioned and the sites Craftybear mentioned. Thanks for searching.

Sorry, have lots of solid color yarn, but no variegated. Good luck in your search.
