Found a darling useful wooden cabinet in the trash. How do I clean it so I can bring it home? 9 little drawers, so useful!

Murphy's Oil Soap! :) Wonderful stuff...Wash it down after you've vacuumed out the drawers...

I also use Murphy Oil Soap in the laundry to get out stains in clothing, works great!

I usually use a little bug spray too, just in case of any icky bugs! Or if its nice out, just leave it outdoors for a bit. Sounds cute...I've gotten alot of furniture off the curb when the college kids go home for the Summer! They leave so many nice things...I've even found unopened bags of cat litter, change jars, you name it. SO WASTEFUL!

I did a drive by sneak peek on Marsye's stash........

It looks like she has plenty to spare.

I would say Murphy's oil soap. It cleans and brings out the natural wood

Tee hee. Let's all go to her house to play.

I would go in after a cute cabinet, to be sure. I climbed right in a dumpster to save a sewing machine. I had it serviced and donated to one of my guilds. We teach kids to sew at summer camp, so it only gets used one week out of the year.

This was in the basement of my building where we leave big items for garbage collection. I was wondering about cleaning it to make sure there are no germs or critters.

Give it a really good scrub with the Murphy's and let it try in the sun if possible, then wax on, wax off, and enjoy! Oh and before and after pics, please!
