I found that water and vinegar is one great cleaning item. I use this for almost everything; windows, cutting blocks, countertops, floors, stove tops (all types), bathroom floors, etc and whatever you can think of. Also baking sode for those "hate to clean stove grills"; just put those in a large pan with baking soda and cook them until boiling for a short while and off comes the icky stuff. Hope this helps.
PS: I am so allergic to odors that I only use the above when I clean; it works |
I use "awesome". It works for everything. I dilute it.

After the fire Friday I am going to have to clean out my refrig as soon as I can get back in the house. I hope one of these will get rid of the smell.

HINT: After you finish cleaning your frig. Leave the door slightly open and place inside a bowl with a cotton ball that has been dipped in vanilla flavoring. I know this is what the used appliance stores use to eliminate the frig's odors. Also, you can just try the white vinegar as that also is a odor remover. Sorry about your fire I hope all works out for you.
Good thoughts and a few prayers Connie |
A lot of hot water, soap and bleach.
Plus, about every 6 months or so I remember to check the air tightness of the rubber seal by sticking a dollar bill in it and shutting the door. Then I try to pull it out. Should it come out easily, then I'll have my son put in a new one, but so far (5 years and counting) it is still tight. |
I use hot water and dishsoap. Will do this after I retire, in a couple of weeks and I also wash of condiment containers.

DH ia Retired with nothing better to do, so he does it while I sew. And sence he's doing it I don't care what he uses.
