I still get the exercise induced asthma real bad though.
--------------------------
Have you tried the exercise with Oxygen? I read about it somewhere on the Internet and it sounds interesting. The
picture I saw was of a lady on a tread mill with O2 on her
face. Said the precess helped a lot with building up her lungs.

And check out some of the stuff online about food allergies,
and the family of different common foods. For instance, should
you have an allergy to carrots as my oldest DD with asthma and diabetes does, then she will always have to watch out for
other members of that family, and THEIR extended cousins~
From the Internet.
--------------------------
Prof Newland said that those allergic to carrots, for example, could also have reactions to the rest of the carrot family - parsley, coriander, parsnip, celery, fennel, dill and anise.

AND some of these
Foods associated with BIRCH pollen allergy: apple family (apple, pear), Plum family (almond, apricot, cherry, nectarine, peach, plum, prune), Parsley family (CARROT, celery, fennel, parsley, parsnip), Walnut.

Check out on the Internet Calgary Allergy Network
They have a massive amount of information for everyone.
You'd be astonished to find out all these things, such as
=========================
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP), according to the book "Hard to Swallow - the Truth About Food Additives" is not currently considered a food additive. It's usually made up of soy protein broken down into amino acids- one of which is glutamic acid. This amino acid is the main ingredient for MSG (monosodium glutamate). Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein may contain up to 40% MSG.

I had the first part of the physical today and didn't pass. I needed just .04 more in a liter of air and just could not do it! I could try to redo the test another day, but I'm just discouraged. I have hardly slept for 2 nights because of the cough. I really thought this was going to help me.

That's very disheartening. So sorry to hear that it didn't work for you.

Check out http://clinicaltrials.gov/ and see if you can find something else.
