Complements of the Season...
I am a bit reluctant to post this thread, as I have often seen passionate religious debate ensue over a fairly inoccuous and innocent comment, but I am going to take my life in my hands and wish everyone the "complements of the season". This is an English term to convey a general sense of well-being and to share good wishes around this time of year: it is non specific and non-religious, but conveys a sense of the season, and all that it implies.
To all those who celebrate the birth of Christ at Christmas, and to those who celebrate other midwinter festivals, I wish you all the "Complements of the Season". |
I think it is quite clever of you and I thank you!! Hope you have a wonderful season as well!
