computer HELP

Two days ago I got an e-mail about very personal medical issues. I can not delete it. Any suggestions.

What type of program are you using for viewing your email?? I would send them a message for assistance.

One time I had issues with a msg popped up on my screen. I was told to back date the system or wait a week. Most will disappear after that. That has been a while ago. Technology buggers may be harder to get rid of now

I don't know--never experienced this. Try 'hi-lite' the Subject line in the inbox, press 'Shift' and the 'Delete' key on your keyboard. This normally deletes the message totally and forever from your system.

I don't know, but good old Google came up with a couple of websites that might offer solutions. The solution depends on what hardware and software you are using.

if it is on your email service you should be able to delete it , if not your email program may be corrupt and needs to be reloaded , empty your cash , cookies and history in your browser and turn off & restart our computer and try again

if it is on your computer there are shredder programs that can delete stubborn emails

Finally just went into my Hotmail account & deleted it there.
