Computer Problem
 

Is anyone having trouble with AOL today? Can you get your emails easily?

I had trouble very early this morning, but it seems to be working better for me now.

Across the top of my computer screen, I had noticed earlier in the week that they were going to do some technical work on AOL on Thursday morning. I also didn't get on AOL until after 7 a.m. CST.

For several days now, all my new mail is going directly to my 'old mail' folder. That's a minor problem. But, the new mail (that I have now transferred to my new mail folder) then disappears when I turn off the computer before I read it. I have tried contacting them through email with no result. I tried to find a number to call them but there was a notice that 'due to high call volumne, the wait could be 30 minutes' (not doable on my cell phone). Then 2 days ago, when I am in another program, a voice comes out of my computer speaker and says "You've got mail, good bye" with no 'space' between the two comments. Grrrr.
