It's Costco for me, the ten pounds and larger are good deals. I put them in tight half gallon canning jars and even larger ones, then stick them back in the bottom cabinets. About only thing I use it for is feeding my Kombucha to make me a special drink. Rarely bake any more.

Ive noticed too. Pet food too!
