Delicious. And dump a little bit of sugar in the water..not salt to start with, but sugar. I learned that at my Grandma's knee, many years ago. Always do it now, it seems to add to the corn's taste.

I grew up in a camping family, was a Girl Scout too, etc. My brother still camps. But we'd never heard of this.
Wondering though about pouring boiling water into a plastic cooler. Won't the heat leech chemicals from the plastic into the water?
