I am in the process of finding a doctor who will prescribe it for me. My PCP refused, the doctor at the neuromuscular clinic refused, so the hunt goes on. Anyone know of a Michigan doctor who is not in the dark ages? I think there's a holistic MD in Grand Blanc, but I can't find a listing.
