I could be a shoe collector instead of a fabric collector....

Ouch. Makes my previously broken ankle ache at the very sight of it.

But ain't it real pretty!!!

jamh 11-04-2010 09:44 AM

Wow!! That would be fun to walk in!! NOT!! Thanks for sharing!!

jojosnana 11-04-2010 09:54 AM

If I had that shoe I wouldn't wear it, I would hang it in a frame.....geeze. Imagine how much fabric you could buy instead of one pair of shoes!

Jim's Gem 11-04-2010 10:04 AM

Ow!!!! It hurts to look at!!!

I'd rather have the money for fabrics too!!!

Maride 11-04-2010 10:05 AM

Absolutely beautiful. If I was 20 years younger, but they are too close to the ground to pay that much.

Lady Crafter 11-04-2010 10:08 AM

Umm... I'm practical. What happens if some of that glitz falls off ? How do you clean those? :D

erstan947 11-04-2010 03:03 PM

Sure could get a nice sewing machine for the price of the that pair!

ptquilts 11-04-2010 03:37 PM

its a lot cheaper to collect fabric!!

renee765 11-04-2010 04:39 PM

They are gorgeous - but there's something about the descriptive word they use - "encrusted". Don't know why, but this word always seems 'unpleasant' to me.

$1,157.75 - think of all the fabric you could get for that price!!!

Gramof6 11-04-2010 05:13 PM

I would really prefer to spend that amt. of $$$$ on fabric. LOL They are pretty though. Not very practicle.

amandasgramma 11-04-2010 05:14 PM

Lordy -- Not even for $1.50!!!!!

SuziC 11-04-2010 05:51 PM

My toes are saying thank you for not wearing those

CarrieAnne 11-04-2010 06:54 PM

Mine too, Suzi!

littlehud 11-04-2010 07:04 PM

Yikes. I can buy a lot of fabric for the price of those shoes.

lreade 11-05-2010 08:40 AM

That could be a partial deposit on a Longarm for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

carhop 11-05-2010 12:46 PM

My balance if not that good to start with them I'd fall on my face or cling to something. Neet looking though thanks for sharing

sash 11-05-2010 04:07 PM

That would almost (almost) pay for my Janome Horizon I would like. Craaaaazzzyyyyyyyyy...

decky 11-05-2010 04:22 PM

What would your poor feet be like in a few years after wearing something that high. Foot doctors are going to be making alot of money in years to come!!!

ann clare 11-05-2010 04:25 PM

Just think of all the fabric I could get

I have to laugh. When I met my hubby he almost had a heart attack when he saw my clothes closet. I had about 75 pairs of high heels. Now we're downsizing and my new "sewing room" is about the size of a nice walk-in closet. He's almost hyperventilating seeing how much fabric I actually had in my old sewing room (it was about 12 x 16)

I don't know about unpleasant, but it makes me think of fish!! As in pecan-encrusted, salt-encrusted...LOL.

I like shoes as much as the next girl, but my willingness to drop many $$ has really decreased with my increased need for fabric!!

Judie 11-05-2010 08:31 PM

Oh my goodness.. that guy is mighty proud of his fancy dancy shoes.. Thanks very much, but they don't match my sweats!

Caroltee 11-05-2010 10:53 PM

You couldn’t even give them to me…… If U did I would find a way to dismantle them an use the sparkles and material in my sewing crafts

Ileen 11-05-2010 11:14 PM

You Could Buy Two Sewing Machines, And Some Fabric.

yes! I'd rather hear "bedazzled"...although it sounds a little juvenile-ish, certainly better than any "crusty" thing, lol!

that is what i was thinking

scowlkat 11-06-2010 05:14 PM

You couldn't pay me that much money to wear those! They are definitely not to my taste!

Alondra 11-06-2010 07:22 PM

One would have to be either extremely vain or certifiably crazy to wear shoes like that. I'd opt for the latter choice. <G>

Annz 11-06-2010 07:57 PM

Oh those are ugly.

Elliotsgreatgrandma 11-07-2010 11:40 AM

Your family doesn't know how lucky they are because we only collect fabric, notions, books, etc..........
