My church had their Valantine show last nite. BBQ was served, then we got treated to the Grand Ole Opry. Members sanged the old, old country music.from the 50's & 60's. Our pastor's wife sanged, Tammy Wynette, Stand by your man.That got a standing ovation. I love Alan Jackson, George Strait, Lorretta Lynn.Alan Jackson Gospel CD rocks!I like some of these youngers ones, still love the old timers the best.Of course I grew up listening to the old timers.

Miranda likes Merle too! We went to Keith Urban's All 4 the Hall concert last year. It is a fundraiser for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Keith asked each performer to sing one of their songs and one from their country music hero. Miranda said "it's no secret I like Merle" then sang a Hag song.
