I have got myself n' a big ol' mess, I can't sleep at night, I tried staying up all day so I could get straighted out, but it's not working. I end up sleeping most of the day away. I sleep so much better in the day, I don't know why. This has just started in the last month. I need to get this straighted out. Anyone else have this happen?

yes , but I have always been a night person , but as long as I was working I could try and keep it straight, now not so much :?

Try to slowly switch it around an hour at a time

I also have the same problem, but most of the time I can't sleep in the day either. I know of a few others having the same problem. Must be in the air!!!

When I 1st retired, I got into quilting. I did not pay attention to the clock & would quilt - just one more block, row, etc. After taking a break from quilting, I learned that if I keep a steady routine of going to bed at the same time & getting up at the same time, I sleep just fine now. Of corse, there still the no caffine after lunch & no sugar after 7:00p.m that really helps as well. The no sugar in P.M. eliminates the waking up with hot flashes.

I am a night person but work early mornings. I'm fine with sleeping at night til I go on vacation and then my days and nights get all messed up. It takes a while to get back on track. It's frustrating.

I would just ask the dr. for an RX for a few sleeping pills, just enough to get me turned around again, then make sure I kept to a regular bedtime. I know some people don't like taking pills for "every little thing", but if it's going to help me out, then I don't have a problem with it.
