She is out of surgery at 5 pm and doing well. Will go to her room in a hour or so. Thanks to all who checked on us and had us in their prayers. No infection this time. Totally clear and the Dr. anticipates her getting at least 90% bending back in her left knee. Wahoooooooo. What a reilief. Now the road to recovery. Happy quilting.

No kidding, It's been a long road for her. Now no worries and can concentrate on my quilt for September 24 quilt show. Thanks everyone.
