R.I.P.

He passed away this afternoon, May 29th 2010. I wish him well on his journey home.
I always thought he was such a handsome man.

I totally appreciate you kind words for Dennis Hopper. He sure did have a hand in making movies memorable, especially Easy Rider. It wouldn't have been the same without him, Peter Fonda and Jack Nicholson.They were great together. I loved watching anything with him in.

Thanks for posting the pictures of him. And, now he died on my father's birthday, so, sad to say, but it will make it easier to remember each year the date of his passing.

I heard about that yesterday as he was in a movie with James Dean, James Dean is from my state and they have a museum

I LOVED him in the Mario Brother's movie. It was such a spoof and he was great in it.

He may have been a "bad boy" but a great actor. Love him in the movie Giant and another I can't think of the name...with Keifer Sutherland in it also.

He definitely was a movie giant, gosh were losing them all. Seems the up and coming actors can't touch their talent with a 20ft. pole. I just loved his acting, I think he could play any role, but he was really good at the bad guy. I loved to hate him in the movie TRUE GRIT, his portrayal as a vilian was so believable.
