When you have two birds you have to keep them separate because they won't get along unless they are alone then they are better with you. Do you have a zoo near you that might take one? good luck.

There is a magazine called "Bird Talk" and a site on the computer. BirdChannel.com/ConsultBasics
I have used the magazine for years and they always have good information. |
Usually the vet pulls the flight feathers out, do not do this on
your own and please do not try to trim the wings, you could clip a blood feather and the bird can bleed to death. |
If it was an African Grey Parrot I'd take it!
My hubby wants one thanks to my daughters friend who has one and really is quite entertaining. Hope you can the best home you can for them |
They may sense your afraid of them. Do you keep them on a schedule? Maybe two males and different breeds don't get alone. We raised parakeets yrs ago and we was thankful when we found a fellow bird person he told us a lot. We met him at a bird show. Maybe even if you put a note up at Wal Mart or wherever you shop maybe there is someone that breeds birds can help you. Try to relax a little that may also help you a little. Please take care of yourself and keep the birds in separate rooms and try to make friends with them separately. Blessings and prayers and hugs for you. Sue
