DGD birthday sweater inspired by quilt seen on QB
 

I just love the quilts of the snowmen looking through windows and such that I've seen in the pictures section... especially the carrot nose. My DGD's 5th birthday was this weekend, so I made her this [she ate lasagna for her birthday dinner :) ]

Cute sweater - Hand done or Knitting Machine??? I sold my knitting machine a couple years after I started quilting again... More money for fabric!

it is machine knit, but the picture is intarsia, so all of the colors are hand laid. i once owned 5 knitting machines. i'm now down to 2... a standard and a bulky.
