If no one sees it,it has no calories.

If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, they will cancel each other out.

Calories don't count if you eat with someone and you both eat the same amount.

Food taken for medicinal purposes does not count. This includes hot chocolate, brandy,Sara Lee chocolate cake.
If you fatten up everyone around you, you'll look thinner.

Snacks consumed in a movie do not count as they are part of the entertainment. For example:Milk Duds, popcorn with butter, red licorice and M&Ms.

Pieces of cookies contain no calories. The process of breaking causes a calorie leakage.

Late-night snacks have no calories. The refrigerator light is not strong enough for the calories to see their way into the calorie counter.

I love to bake especially for the holidays. I tell everyone that my food is made with so much love that there are no calories.

Those are so cute!

I do have some real tips that I've read in books or saw on Dr. Oz .. I use them and think they work ....

To rev metabolism and lower high blood sugar etc, either add 1/2 cinnamon to a favorite food or pop it right in your mouth followed by a swig of water. It does 'bite' the tongue tho. I've been doing the cinnamon thing so long that I can no longer taste it in my morning whey protein shake, and I put in 1 1/2 tsp.

Crushed red pepper does the same thing. I love love hot stuff, so I sprinkle it on salads, most of my meals and I do put 1/2 tsp straight in my mouth followed by swallow of water ... surprisingly this has less bite than the cinnamon ... for both, just don't breathe in, not a good idea, I hold my breath. Also read that doing this 1/2 hr before a meal will reduce calorie intake by 16%.

anyone else do this?

Hi Wraez, I use the cinnamon on cereal as a help to my blood pressure. This is on doctors advice.

Cinnamon is supposedly good for diabetics. I put it on my oatmeal when I'm cooking it. Although the brown sugar I add probably cancels out the cinnamon.
