I always use it when available. And I do track. When I mail I always put tracking on it and check regularly until its delivered.

I use it all the time if I'm shipping

I only look at tracking if the package is late-more than a week. I like to know how it is mailed. If it is a book and sent 'Media Mail' it will take longer and that is okay. I just want to know.

Yes I use it.

I use it after I get the email saying that it has shipped and much appreciate them sending the shipping info.

And if I'm especially anxious to get it, and didn't pay for expedited delivery!

Always. I want to know when it was shipped and when to expect it. UPS and FedEx just leave it on the porch and it can be seen by anyone passing by.

I do use the tracking. I've had problems with stolen packages so I want to know what day it will be here. I have started having things shipped to my work. Just last week I checked the tracking on something and saw that it was delivered at 10am, it was 2pm and the mailroom hadn't delivered it or notified me.

I went to the mailroom and there it was, sitting on the counter. It would have got to me eventually but, who wants to wait an extra day for fabric??

Yes I love tracking...
