I agree - they need to be thinned out because they get too dense in the center and die off.

If I knew how to post a picture here I could show some of my daylilies. They are not the old ditch lilies. I have some that has eyes and other colors and edges colors.

It's always a good idea to give some away, because if something happens and you lose yours you can go back to your friends and get some replacements.

I do -- the deer love them....they eat them before the blooms pop out. GRRRRRRR :evil:
