Everything on TV about Xmas wk movies was about "The Fockers"They all said it was funny,a movie for the family that children would appreciate. The cast was made up of good actors & it was No 1 at the box office.

A couple days before the holiday, our DD & her family were going to see it,so we decided to do the same.I'm am not a huge movie fan.....but once won't kill me,right?

My review is ......what they won't do to get ppl in movie theaters.Nothing is too low. There were very few ppl there, which should have been a clue.We never heard any laughter.....clue No 2.

My question is,who made it No1???? Families? Don't think so.Teens? Maybe. Is there an award for boring? The Fockers would win.I wonder if anyone has read what the main theme is about in this movie? We hadn't & thank heaven we were alone.I don't know how ppl would explain it to children.

JMO,but save your money & go out for a nice dinner easier to digest.I'll never trust another review!

Sometimes I just go by the hype. The ad for that movies is on constantly---that's usually a good indication that it's a stinker. A good movie will stand on it's own without the over-kill of constant commercials.

Thanks for the warning. It does have a cast of excellent actors but the whole nasty little "word play" thing with the name was worn out in the first movie.

Agree totally, if it has to be pushed onto you then you probably don't want it. The name alone was enough for me to say "No thanks".

I read them, don't follow their advice. Many films that I thought would be good, actually have bad reviews and vice versa. However, our paper's review of the Little Fockers was 1 1/2 stars out of 4.....NOT good!!!! i thought it looked stupid, so haven't even considered it.
