I have it and keep getting it too. I talk to it. I'm waiting on Grandson[adult] to tell me what to do. LOL It may be something we don't want.

I found this about it – not that it helps all that much, lol:

thank goodness no, I don't get that-yet anyway. I've had Yahoo for years and years and I HATE changes.

Run a free malware program to help rid yourself of this stuff.
Also try this if you have Windows 7 or XP:
click on the blue circle icon that has the MicroSoft colored 4 patch in it (usually at the very bottom of your screen, on the right)
click on "control panel" in the right column
click on "add/remove programs or look for this option in "programs and features"
scroll down to see if this name is found, highlight it
click "remove"

One or the other effort may help you. You could also "restore" to a day before you got this problem.

I do too --My son told me to ''close'' any and all of these things that 99 times out of 100 they are no good for you or your computer. The last time I did some thing like that it took him 3 days to un-do it ?? and another 5 days while I waited for my new computer

My daughter and one of my grandsons do this for me. I am pretty curious about new stuff, but have been hollered at enough by DD to go on past it now--after having to lose my entire cyberspace avenue for a couple of weeks while she cleaned it up; then new pass words, etc. when I got it back. UGHHHHHHH.
