Does anyone have an inversion table?

I was wondering if any one has an inversion table and if so how do you like it. I was thinking of getting one, but am worried I might not like it. I heard they are good for your back.

Before buying one, try it out. My nephew has a bad back and it made his worse. And if they are not hooked up properly you can have other problems. (I handled Workers' Compensation for 38 years and they came in and out of fashion over the years.) So be sure to go to a reputable place that will allow you to try it out first and they KNOW how to use it. Do you have "The Back Store" in your area? They used to supply them.

I will have to check it out. I'm still not sure about getting one. I know my brother has one and loves it, but he lives in Arizona and I am in Texas.

We have one & make sure you check with your Dr. or Chiro first. Follow the directions & don't overdue it especially at first. My husband & I both use it & it helps. No cure but it helps.

My daughter is 35 and has deteriorating discs and uses one. She said it helps her back a lot.

Have one and LOVE it. It saves on chiropractor bills too.

I've heard that if you have high blood pressure to not use it ... just a thought.

My friend bought one two months ago and just loves it.Works very well for her back/neck issues. I believe she got it at shopko and paid around 100.00 for it.

I have not heard of these before. So far I don't have a bad back.

I talked to my chiropractor about them and he said to stay away from them, if your not positioned on the table properly or you have an underlying problem with your back you can do serious damage to it. He had several patients that went out and bought one and caused more pain to themselves.
