When I feel I have had too much caffeine, I switch to 1/2 and 1/2.
I make my own. I just buy a can of decaf and a can of regular and mix them together.

As a tea drinker, there are lots of options if you like tea, herbal has no caffine ( I have only found one that I ilke that it is a toffee one, black tea has the most caffine, then it tapers off as you go down the list, green tea is next, white tea, and red tea has no caffine at all. there isn't any to begind with, if you are looking for it at the store, instead of reading labels, it is the Roobius. It comes in a couple of flavors, it is good, my DM is off caffine and she loves it. I require caffine so I don't drink it that often.

Have you ever tried the mint tea? Yummy. I drink that for an upset stomach. I bought some Safeway brand decaf tea. Not bad. Then got the splenda with fiber. 2 days now with no flutters...... YEAHH
oh???? the caffiene makes me have heart flutters. since i quit drinking it, (yesterday) i haven't had the flutters.... weird....
Bev, I used to drink coffee years ago. Coffee gave me heart palpitations. I drink tea with caffeine and it doesn't affect me the same way. Everyone told me it was the caffeine, but couldn't be. Had to be just plain old coffee!! I drink tea each morning and don't get the palpitations.

My sweet friend Mary Anderson sent me some camamil (sp) tea. No caffeine. Oh man, is it good. I slept so good last night. I love(d) Folgers, but the caffeine did wicked things to my heart....
