I'm glad to know they live that long. We have a large fenced yard. He has a 4-5 min. time limit when its hot. I can't wait to see what he does in the snow. Riley ate one of those big yellow jacket bumble bees awhile back. He threw it back up was how we knew. The vet said to give him benadril. He was loopy all day till it wore off. Then he was back to his wild self. Riley loves my girlfriend when she giggles and laughs. He tried to give her kisses all the time. He like to chase bugs on the porch with light on at night.

Our schnauzer had a stroke and got up and walked 2 weeks later after we had a dauzer. That is a guy who finds water with a stick, helps the Amish with their animals and can't go on their farm. He did what ever he did with our dog from 60 miles away. Our Tigger was good for quite awhile. Our vet laughed at us.

We had one rat terrier scratch the other rat terriers eye. We had come home and his eye wall all swelled and bugged out. He was all right. These things always happen on Sundays or holidays too.

My boxer does the same thing on our walks, but I have figured out he only does it when he's not done pooping....I have him do his business before we go on a walk and that dog will still poop 3X on the walk!! But without fail, if he does that covering thing, he's gonna poop again! I always have to take 4 poop bags with me...
