Wow -- that is some apron. At that price I would be afraid to use it -- I cook messy.

If you look in the Simplicity and other brand pattern books there are lots of Apron patterns. I noticed one with the shaped bib that is similar. You might be able to combine several to get the look. Really cute!

Those aprons are custom design. Not made from a commercial pattern. I'd just say no. :D

All of the suggested patterns will give you a base to start with. The actual apron you like has stiff interfacing/foam to make that stiff form
