I did when I worked !!! I mainly did the tops and jackets They were easy and much much cheaper than the $40 plus dollars for the nicer jackets stores wanted. I only used 1 pattern that I can maybe find later and post. They are all basically the same so really any pattern will work. I used cotton fabrics in fact I found many of them at the quilting store. I especially liked the batiks.

No, but I have been wanting to try some for my son and DIL. He works at the hospital and she is a dental assistant, so they could really use them.

My son has someone make his and he sends me his old ones. They are so soft and just perfect to sleep in. Summer I make them into knee highs, winter I leave as is. I work around the house in them, then if I have to go to the door, I am well covered. His are reversible, pockets inside and out, great for cell phones, etc. I will call and see if he can find what pattern she uses. Also, thrift shops always have them. Go buy a set for $2.00 and make them your pattern. They don't have side seams so the pants are 2 pieces plus pockets.

I tried to make some for DD but just could not figure out the neck facing. I gave up on it. She now has to wear royal blue scrub bottoms. I may end up making her some bottoms if she can't find any reasonable. I know pants would be easy to make, just like a pj bottom.

I just bough a simplicity pattern and used 100% cotton and they came out nice, Still in good shape 9 years later. I think I got my fabric from Walmart

They have fabric for scrubs. At my hancocks there is whole shelf of them, just ask where you shop.

This is a little off topic but I bought the most darling scrub at my local thrift store. The fabric is dogs dressed up in Halloween costumes----so cute!

This is the pattern I have used. I bought it at Walmart on one of those swivel racks Its New Look #6777. I think it cost $1.99 Very easy to make and I just used regular cotton fabric.
