LOL!!!!!!!!!! I admit wanting to do that! I was making a flannel/bluejean quilt, and BF wears flannelshits all winter. I kept asking him if I could just cut one little piece out of the back!

MadQuilter 06-26-2010 04:46 PM

Reminds me of the Fons and Porter ads.

I have been eyeing my son's worn Eddie Bauer chamois shirts. He's let me have four of them - and told me "hands-off" a couple more - the interfacing is showing through the collar - I think he should let me have them!

LOL years ago I was using jean pockets for little wall hangers--would cut closely to the pocket out with jeans fabric still attached. Had a couple pair of DH jeans which needed mending in the same pile. Instead of mending--cut the pockets out!! He doesn't let me live that one down!

No kids at home but DH. ROFLMBO
This happens a lot for many days at a time. Then one day I get up and straighten up again and off I go to Sew.

Last month I bought five shopping bags of frozen dinners. This was to be the month of non-stop sewing. Some quilt piecing, too. Well, I ran out of frozen dinners. Next month, I am going for six bags, Whatcha think?
