The performance was on the program "Le Plus Grand Cabaret du Monde." It aired on the France2 channel earlier this year.
Which is kinda funny, because I thought it was Arutz2, which is Israeli Channel 2, as the title was in Hebrew (Incredible Show of Balance and Strength). But it was just a coincidence that Ditter picked this video uploaded by an Israeli (there are scores of the same video listings currently on youtube).
Anyway, the program's title pretty much explains it - sort of a Cirque du Soleil variety show of acts from all over the world.
But, like in Cirque, the performers are kind of anonymous, except this man is now known as "the guy who balanced the sticks." ;-)
His name is Medir. But that could just be a stage name.
