downloading videos

I was wondering what program you use to download videos from YouTube? I like to dl them because I forget some of the directions, and I like to re-watch them. Preferably a free program.

Thanks

I think that's prohibited.

I use Free YouTube Download. I did upgrade to get the faster download speed. https://www.dvdvideosoft.com/product...e-download.htm

I put in a "favorites" folder or simply bookmark them. Easy to find later.

The problem is that they're not always there when you go back to get them. Last week I watched a great video on timing the Innova with the timing tool. Now that video won't start up. I contacted the site and they will try to repair it, but I wish I had thought to download the video.

Yes, as you can see the video won't start up, at least not from my computer. Does it work from yours?

Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Dunster I had no problem watching that video. Maybe try a different browser or clear your cookies?

I don't understand why you'd need to download them. I can watch, pause, rewind, and re-watch anything on YouTube. Do you have dial up service or something?

I will download videos while connected to the Internet at work sometimes and transfer them to my iPad. I have limited bandwidth at home. We live way out in the country and only have one household computer. I have used a website called Dirpy in the past, but there are several others. Just do a search for them.
