Dumb Question ...

Okay, I keep reading posts where people have made reference to DH. The only thing I can come up with is "dumb husband." LOL - Would someone please tell me what DH stands for?

Dear Husband is my take on it, but there are moments when.....

lindy-2 11-06-2011 02:04 PM

dear hubby

You are both right . . . . sometimes it depends upon the poster . . . examples "Yesterday DH threw out my box of scrap strips that I was sorting for a strip quilt. He thought it was trash" Or "DH purchased me a new sewing machine"

Oh now I am really embarrassed ... you see how my mind works. I won't tell my DH about this one.

It would have meant Dumb Husband in my house today...

...but at least we're talking again :)

LOL! I always thought it stood for Darling Husband :)

Wouldn't that be an STD? (soon to be divorced!)

Most of the time is is "Dear" but for some of the ladies it can have other meanings at other times LOL!!!

LOL! Thanks, that really did tickle my funny bone! (But, I have to admit, DH in my case is "Dear" 99.9% of the time).
