I tried every over the counter cream there is. My dermatologist suggested Cerevie cream. It has worked the best out of all the over the counter creams I have used. It is a little price $14-16 per tub, but a tub will last over a month. The cream is infinately better than the lotion that comes in the pump.

I had a kenalog injection about a year ago. That cleared me up for a month and then it gradually came back again. My new dermatologist doesn't want to give it to me because he says once he injects it, if I have a bad reaction he can't get it back. I have Georges aloe vera that I got at the health food store and that's soothing and Aquaphor seems to help the itching. I used to get a rash and it would go away in a couple of days but now I have dry red circles and it takes a long time to gt rid of them. It's so annoying.

Some people say that when they totally eliminate gluten from their diets their skins clear up. There's another, later bunch of letters about this today, 7-13.
