Embroidery library will do custom type of designs that they then will put up for sale - I think it's a case of you suggest the idea, they design when/if they think there is a market? I do know they have some very unusual designs that were suggested by someone.
Also, there are companies that will digitized drawings. Not sure what they charge to do that.
