Fabric boxes with ponytail elastics at the corners?

Does anyone have a link to how to make these? I could have sworn I found the directions on line at some point but can't find them.

I saw one in a shop recently here in BC, (The Quilted Bear) but I looked at their site and it isn't posted there. Is it the pattern that lays flat once the end elastics are undone?

This is a fun and simple pattern to make. I just made one with the handle option for Easter. It was a lot of fun.
